The Deyin Tai Chi & Wellbeing summer of Hope Festival is a continuation of the success of our Spring Festival. the Deyin Taijiquan Institute is proud to offer fantastic health tips as well as wellbeing and mindfulness techniques to hundreds of members and Tai Chi enthusiasts. This festival will definitely a great way to start the lovely summer ahead with lots of hope and good things to look forward to.

This Festival promises to continue the success of our previous festivals by offering both our members and other Tai Chi & health enthusiasts more unique ways of improving our physical and mental wellbeing. Best of all it is absolutely free to all Deyin Members. Non-members are also welcome to join us in this amazing Online camp for only £15.

Fun and informative sessions are conducted by highly qualified instructors and masters with in-depth knowledge of Tai Chi and Qigong for health, wellbeing, and mindfulness. The Chinese New Year and Spring Festival celebration is promised to be an informative, beneficial, and soul-lifting experience for all enthusiasts.

I will lead you through a systematic process to help you enhance and develop your internal strength and improve your circulation of energy whilst in any of your Tai Chi stances.

I will use some simple Yang style Tai Chi and possibly some Health Qigong to explore this theme
